Flat complete remodeling in Quart de Poblet, Valencia

A complete remodeling of an apartment located 10 minutes by metro and car from Valencia Capital was carried out.
The changes made consisted of: changing all the windows for PVC thermopanels, making all the pumping and water system, electricity installations from scratch, opening the living-dining room with the kitchen leaving an integrated space. A high-resistance engineering vinyl floor was placed on the floor.
With this reform and with a total investment of less than €100,000, our client obtains a Return of Investment, after administration expenses, of 8% per year
